Following the one business day allocated for internal processing and warehouse packaging, the structural transit phase begins. The active movement of your decorative items via our local logistics infrastructure requires between 1 and 3 business days. Consequently, the standard cumulative duration from the initial purchase confirmation to physical delivery ranges from two to four business days.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and official public holidays recognized within Hong Kong, ensuring a consistent and predictable distribution workflow. Customers who no longer desire the items must receive the delivery at their doorstep in accordance with these established logistical parameters.
